Pages IX-XII are detached but still present. Binding throughout remains firm. Noticeable water staining to most pages, towards the top edge. Text is slightly affected but remains legible. Paper to rear pastedown has been removed. Rear endpaper cut out. Noticeable brown marks to last few pages. Visible black marks to front. Faint thumb-marking throughout. Boards have heavy edge wear with corner bumping. Leather peeling heavily to all surfaces. Noticeable split to rear joint. Minor loss to spine ends. Visible water staining with markings overall.
