Limited Edition. Here is a small Thomas B Mosher production of Milton's 'Ode On The Nativity' (one of 975) published 'in the month of September MDCCCCIX'. As you can see from the photographs, the gray-designed covers are clean but suffering from edge wear and tear. The interior of the book, however is not worn, the bottom page edge is rough-cut and not always even. Printed on Van Gelder hand-made paper, the pages are exceptionally clean, without any of the spotting or foxing I've seen referenced in others. Pretty hard to believe they are 107-years-old. Could just as well be 7 years-old. On the other hand, 108 years is an awful lot of time for a glassine jacket to endure and this one has lost a big chunk of itself at the top front. The back has somewhat remarkably managed to persist with only a few very small insults from time. Take a look at all the photographs. With a foreword from the publisher. Seller Inventory # 000836
