ALBUM MEASURES APPROX 8 X 5 INCHES. SOME BUMPS, SCUFFS & WEAR TO LEATHER COVER WITH RESTORATION AT TOP & BOTTOM OF SPINE, ONE SMALL WATERCOLOUR OF A BOAT HAS SOME LOSS TO THE PAINTING, OCCASIONAL MARGINAL, MARKS, SEVERAL PAGES BLANK TO REAR.
