This volume has been based on the proceedings of a conference organized by The Institute for Computational Fluid Dynamics of the Universities of Oxford and Reading, in association with The Institute of Mathematics and its Applications on Numerical Methods for Fluid Dynamics, held in Oxford in March 1988.
