No Edition Remarks. 326 pages. No dust jacket. Beige cloth with gilt lettering to front board and spine. Pages are rough cut. Book has a fairly strong odour. Pages are bright and mostly clear with moderate tanning and foxing to free endpapers and text block edges. Additional foxing to pages 136-137. Former owner's inscription to front paste-down, with a few small nicks and creases along text block edge. Slight creasing to pages 171-176. Occasional thumb-marking present throughout. Mild cracking to gutters with exposed netting. Binding remains firm. pencil inscription to front free endpaper and half title page. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with mild bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Heavy tanning to spine and edges, with visible crushing to spine ends. Book has a mild forward lean.
