Museum with hedge in the foreground and street in front Ink stamp on the back which reads 'Received Nov. 2 1936 Answered' Isaac Erb (& Sons) professional photographer, St. John, N.B. Born May 30th, 1846 at Kars, N.B. and was in St. John by the early 1870s. Specialized in photographs of Business and industry. Took photographs in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Maine, took photographs in N.B. for the C.P.R. in the early 1900s. His son, John, joined the business and inherited it on his father's death, 13 May 1924. John did not maintain the business, he died 15 years later. The studio was bought by Lewis Wilson in 1939.
