Lacking front and rear endpages but with text complete; first page of the book is the title-page. [4], 434, 545-939, [17]pp. Page numbers 435-544 omitted but text continuous. Tabula/Index of [17] pp at rear. Expected toning and spotting to pages. Library cloth is slightly irregular and bubbled lower inch or two from a damp episode, also visible as a tide line and ripple to the newer endsheets. Damp line to the lower corner of the first 50 or so leaves and the buk of the final; 30 or so leaves likely the result of much earlier damp incident. Institution has reinforced the edges of the final two leaves with thins strips of archival tape. Prior ownership in manuscript top edge of title page - "Jos. Thmas ." [? ] and W H Tod [? ] .
