In buone condizioni. Note manoscritte al frontespizio. Tagli rossi. Raro, alto valore. Copertina in piena pelle a cinque nervi con titolo e decorazioni in oro al dorso in buone condizioni generali con usure e parti mancanti ai margini e dorso. Legatura in buone condizioni. All'interno le pagine si presentano in ottime condizioni con rare fioriture. Scarce complete work in one volume by the french phylosopher Charles Batteux (1713-1780), carachter of main important in the field of aestethics. Batteux became member fo the Academie Francaise in 1761. The work, in response to the french grammarian Nicolas Beauzče (1717-1789) takes into examination the prejudice of the inversion in grammar.
