Frontispiece, 432p. Contemporary paper covered spine over boards with entirely untrimmed edges. Rev Rodgers (1727-1811) an early leader of the Presbyterian Church and during his time in New York, an advocate for the education of the poor. Light scattered foxing otherwise a well preserved copy in uncut state. A few chips to the headband and cracks in the paper spine, but holding firm. A few soiling marks on the front cover.
