About the Book

Bibliographic Details

Title: The Meaning of Relativity

Publisher: Princeton

Publication Date: 1945

Binding: Hardcover

Book Condition: Very Good

Dust Jacket Condition: Good

Edition: 2nd Edition

Terrific first printing of the second edition of Einstein's landmark work. Book is spotless inside and out with the exception of narrow bands of discoloration due to sun exposure at the top and bottom edges of the spine and immediately adjacent parts of the covers. The upper right corner of the front cover is bumped about 1/8" right at the tip, the others are all sharp. Just a hint of rub wear to top/bottom edges, tips of corners. Dust jacket is not price-clipped but has some patches of light soiling and a teacup-like ring mark on the back cover. It has tanned considerably on the spine and less severely along the edges of the covers. It also has quite a few chips and tears along the edges, none of which exceed 3/4". We will pack it in bubble-wrap and ship it in a sturdy box to ensure safe delivery. Bookseller Inventory # ABH141
