The ink stamp shows through to the recto of the title page. Old paper label to the upper outer corner of the title page and also the word Dupl written in ink above the word narration. In very worn half leather binding. Brief modern pencil notes to the front pastedown. Title page rather soiled. Pages iii - vii have been trimmed by the binder and have lost the lowest line of text on each page. Pages browned and soiled throughout, some staining also. Final blank page is very soiled.
