A fold in the middle. Torn of piece in the upper margin. Minor folds, tears and stains in the rest of the margins. State of the print itself is good. Birds-eye view on the Somerset House in London, England. As seen from the water, with the garden in the front and the house in the distance. Beautifully hand coloured in pastel-like colours.
