Green cloth cover with a line drawing of a girl on a horse on the front. The book is in fine, nearly perfect condition with brightly printed enpapers and full page color illustrations of Bemelman's charming paintings throughout. The dustjacket is bright and fresh, not price clipped, but with a small diagonal clip to the bottom of front flap, a small 1/4 " closed tear to the top flap fold and two small chips to the top and bottom spine fold. The fifth of the famous Madeline books. The illustrations are of actual Paris Landmarks, with a listing on the back flap. 56 pp. Seller Inventory # 000861
