About this Item
What a beautiful book for its age! This is the Photoplay Edition. The book has very small marks on its lower spine and one of the top corner of the back cover. And just a little edge wear that is nothing considering its age. The pages are yellowed, and a little musty smelling, both commensurate with its age, but I find no marks in the book at all. The jacket, richly illustrated with a scene from the movie starring Gloria Swanson, has a few tears on the edges, but is still brightly colored and is now in protective cover. This is the story of a laundry shop worker in Paris who knew Napoleon. Proceeds of the sale of this book support environmental education and restoration. Seller Inventory # 003602
