First edition 1852. 5 x 8¼" pp. viii + 588. Very good bound in full calf with stamped decoration on front and rear boards, 5 raised bands with gilt decoration and title in gilt on red label, and marbled edges and endpapers. Boards rubbed. Firm and tight, with slight foxing to early pages but otherwise clean and bright. Bookplate on front endpaper. No dustwrapper. Seller Inventory # 000753
