Hardcover. Condition: Good. Second Edition. 118 pages in binder. Illustrated with diagrams in text. Stated copyright date is 1905 but we are advised this is the 1914 second edition. Apparently the first edition consisted of mimeographed pages stapled at the top. Vintage "GRIP" brand binder in which contents are stored is consistent with the early 1900s. Average wear. Unmarked.
