12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 109 pages; 1949 Albert De Lange. HC 2nd edition. In original paper covered boards with color pictorial design to cover and titles in brown to cover and spine. Binding moderately shelf cocked in the spine. Toned at spine and with light damp lines to paper covered boards. Rubbing to paper boards at edges and with light furring over the rear spine edge. Moderate stain from bookplate glue verso of front flyleaf; small remanant of a paper slip that had been attached to the rear patterned endpage. Sound decent but worn copy of the 2nd edition of Roth's last published work. Good only. Seller Inventory # 52255
