Spine is tattered with wear, gilt titling still. Binding wholly intact and book is internally nFINE. Gift inscription inside ffep from M.Wm Hamilton dated 1895. Tipped in is scrip page of "F Ellsworth Bratt, M.D. 1219 E Third St. Telephone 474". As reported in "The Lancet 1911 - Dr Frank Ellsworth Bratt, aged forty-two, of 1219 East Third Street (Chicago) died August 20 of myocarditis. He had been practicing in this city since 1895.
