1950. No Edition Remarks. 290 pages. No dust jacket. Green cloth covered boards with gilt lettering. Sepia photographic plates throughout and similar frontispiece. Some black and white illustrations. Pages remain bright and clean with minimal tanning and foxing, slightly more to endpapers. Minor pencil annotations to front pastedown and a pen mark to front free endpaper. Cracking to front hinge with netting exposed. Slight mark to bottom of textblock. Binding remains firm. Boards have minimal shelf wear with only mild bumping and fraying to corners.
