First edition hardback, 1910, with no jacket. In overall good used condition with minor signs of age, handling and storage - maroon cloth boards slightly rubbed to edges and spine a touch faded. Internally clean. Binding tight and appears little read; no annotations - neat gift inscription in pencil to ffep; tanning and slight spotting to page-ends and prelims but text and illustrations bright and clear throughout.
