Bound in original half black calf and moire marbled paper boards, flat back with gilt-stamped title and rules, all edges marbled. Armorial bookplate on the pastedowns in all volumes of Sir Benjamin Morris, deputy-lieut. of the county of Waterford, and was twice Mayor of Waterford (1845 and '46). The volumes have been tightened, small, invisible repairs to the spines and corners. Overall, a very good, clean, tight set, originally published in 1837 as, "Eureka: A Prophecy of the Future."
