56pp. plus two plates. Original tan front pictorial wrappers (lacking rear wrapper). Wrapper chipped, slightly soiled. A few chips and wrinkles internally. Light tanning and foxing. Good. Written while Jenkins was waiting to be hanged, this confessional recounts the murder of "eight white men and ten Indians," as well as numerous other crimes committed across the country. With a frontispiece portrait of Jenkins, as well as an illustration showing him burying one of his victims. Like any good criminal, Jenkins blamed his crimes on demon alcohol.
