Written in Norwegian, this is Book 3 of the Kristin Lavransdatter trilogy, by Nobel Prize winning author, Sigrid Undset. Red cloth with gilt titling on spine, gilt illustration on front, boards have bevelled edges, marbled text block edges, 521 pages. Spine ends and corners have light wear, some small spots of discolouration to back board and spine, spine slightly faded, upper text block edge darkened, some small spots of discolouration to text block edge, ink inscription on end paper, hinge cracked at rear end papers, text is clean and tight.
