FOUR ITEMS. This is a collection of four separate items, all entirely in Danish, all published by underground Danish resistance presses during the Nazi German occupation of Denmark during World War Two. All concern Kaj Munk, the Danish Lutheran pastor and author murdered by the Gestapo on 04 January 1944. Includes: 1) "Studenternes Efterretningstjeneste Meddelse Nr. 114: Kaj Munk im memoriam" [17 January 1944, 8 pages. An issue of the periodical of the leading Danish resistance group, largely devoted to Munk's murder]; 2) "Kaj Munks sidste prædiken i København.,.5 December 1943" [Special issue of resistance periodical "Folk og Frihed", undated, stencilled, stapled, (2), 4 pages]; 3) "Melodi: Det er et land.,." [2 pages, stencilled, stapled, undated, (ca.1944?) consists of the text of three songs authored by Munk; 4) "Kaj Munks Sidste Digte": Den Skæbne ej til os" [København, Nordens Friheds Forlag, 1944; frontispiece, 62 pages. Munk's last poems. An illegal book issued by Danish resistance press (Reference: Besæ ttelsetidens Illegale Blade og Bøger, 259] Minor wear. One item has a small tear to margin. Good.
