2nd Printing hardcover (published 1936, same year as the first) in purple textured paper covered boards with paste-on label in good form. Spine ends bumped, tips fairly sharp, tidy name at head of fep. 56pp text tight with light foxing throughout. Very uncommon, original photo-illustrated dust wrapper has been repaired but is complete and displays well in new mylar. Under certain types of light, the repairs appear to have a pinkish hue, an effect of the reproduction method. An endearing true story of the beloved white pony owned by King George and used for shooting or long rides in the country, told by the pony. Seller Inventory # 49851
