6 3/4 inches x 10 in., half-title; title-page with printer's ornaments printed in green; foreword by T. J. Holmes. [6]pp., 59 pp. Dark green paper wrappers, with title printed on the front cover. The paper covers show some general wear, dusting, some upper corners of last pages have a damp stain. With the bookplate & Accession label of Cleveland, Ohio based book collector, William Gwinn Mather (1857-1951), who collected Mather material, and also was a descendant of the New England Mathers. With the printed slip for the limited edition mounted on the front flyleaf: "The William Gwinn Mather Library has issued a short-title catalogue of the published writings of Increase Mather, of which a copy is being mailed to you, with Mr. W. G. Mathers' compliments." This paper covered format was the item that was mailed out with the limited edition one, and was to be used in making a census of Mather material, and to be returned.
