Book has a spine and edges that are faded, spotted, and corners bending. Previous owner's name/date, and notes inside the front and back written on the boards and the leaves. The page edges are spotted as are some of the first and last few pages. Page 311/312 is starting to come away from the binding at the bottom, but is still holding at this point.
