Original grained quarter cloth over printed boards. = An important botanical atlas of Indonesia by the Dutch botanist of German descent, Friedrich Anton Wilhelm Miquel (1811-1871). Grease stain on front cover. Library stamps. Ex library Dr. C. van Steenis (with his ex libris/bookplate).Cornelis Gijsbert Gerrit Jan van Steenis (1901-1986) was a Dutch botanist. Very active in the study of Indonesian (Asian) plants, and was responsible for editing the series Flora Malesiana.
