A representative issue of this newspaper, with news of a bill passed by Parliament regarding trade with America, and a plethora of advertisements and classified ads. It also contains an account of Lieut. James Moody's spying expedition into Philadelphia in 1781, one of the more remarkable stories of the war. Together with the first leaf of the issue for Jan. 2, 1786, containing part of a letter written to John Adams by the Abbe de Malby on the government and laws of America.
