Published in London in 1851 this is an early printing of the Victorian Tourist Guide to North Wales, including information for the Angler, bound in the original blue embossed patterned cloth titled in gilt, internally illustrated with a folding hand coloured map and fifty two engravings, just under 7 inches tall, 312 pages plus index, the covers have some mild edge bumping, small splits to the cloth along spine edges, light marking, some general darkening to cloth, internally crossed out old ownership name to blank endpaper, endpapers darkened to edges, small tear to map with no loss neatly repaired with acid free archival tape, contents in good general condition.
