HarperCrest Library Edition, but not ex-library. Measures approximately 5.75 x 8.25 inches. Previously owned and in very good to excellent condition. Later printing, but unknown print date. Dust jacket has a 1-inch tear, light edge wear, a sticker shadow across the spine, sticker remnants on the front, and light to mild soiling. No price printed on the dust jacket. Jacket is in a new protective Brodart cover. Pictorial boards are in near fine condition with very minor bumping on the bottom two corners. Spine is tight and square. Pages are clean and crisp. No writing inside. Little to no wear. Very good/near fine condition. 1954 Newbery Honor recipient. Seller Inventory # ABE-1700013128225
