Blue cloth with titles gilt on the spine and front cover, and designs of trees & lions on the front cover in gray & brown. Tan, floral endpapers. The endpapers and flyleaves show age-related tanning, and brittleness, with light chipping, a cellophane tape repair to the top edge of the front flyleaf; the inner hinges show cracking, and have been re-glued at some point. Spine ends & covers corners show some wear. This copy belonged to sportswoman & bookseller, Mrs. Grancel (Betty) Fitz, but is not signed by her. Seller Inventory # ABE-1387051329
