This book is an anomaly. We here at Kaleidoscope Books are stumped as to this book's mysteries, but will do the best we can do describe this unique volume. This book is only a partial book but is not rebound in any capacity. There are only a few pages of the original text by Paul Brown, followed by mostly blank pages. We say mostly because there are over a dozen hand drawn and signed illustrations by a certain Jack Ferris. Who this Jack R. Ferris is we are not entirely sure, but his drawings are superb. Whoever gave him this book inscribed it in ink dated August 23, 1941. Besides that, this book has some light rubbing along the boards, some light extremity wear, and some faint ink transfer across from the title page. Seller Inventory # 000545
