Name on ffep Fred Raine, who was a German/American Newspaper Editor and diplomat (1821-1893) Some foxing to early printed pages, as in vol 2 & 3 also. 60 full page hand colouted engravings.Vol 2 has 85cm split at top rear spine. 59 engravings.Vol 3 59 engravings. Vol 4 internally clean with 62 engravings.Vol 5 57 engavings.25cm split top spine. Vol 6 the same with 60 engravings.All show some slight shelf wear but the most important part of these books, the fantastic plates are all clean and bright.
