Roth, informed the Directors, with great regret, of the passing of Director Harry Chandler. Director Frazier Bailey then offered the foregoing resolution, which was seconded by Director George Montgomery, and unanimously adopted. Sm 4to, green bds., design in gilt on upper cover, paper labels. Vignettes in gold, initial in red. Limitation not stated; signed by Harold Seeger, Secretary.
