About this Item
The Griffin Press was created and run by Ron Holloway from under his home in Panmure, Auckland. This is a collection of around 40 items of his printed ephemera, including book plates, invitations, music sheets, cards, etc. includng items printed for noted people such as Pat Lawlor, Vernon Brown, an invitation to Robin Hyde's memorial, plus some pieces from other presses such as Golden Cockerel. Housed in two albums. Holloway was a noted typographer in mid 20th C Auckland, and this an interesting collection of his work. Seller Inventory # 019848
