The trial binding for the limited edition of 500. Richard Osborne ran the project for Heinemann who rejected this binding ,we know not why . Richard then had this copy until he moved into retirement accommodation and it passed to Tony Aldridge at Hawthorn Books who has had it since then .Its probably the only copy and one for the completist if any exist.I tried and gave up many years ago when I saw editions in languages I'd never heard of.
