New York, A mint copy ,probably unread in a fine wrapper .I have some beautiful A L Burt editions but this is probably the best .These editions were never expected to last and were never supposed to become collectable.The bindings were weak and the ink on the wrappers rubbed off.They are not as valuable as the Doran firsts but far more difficult to find in this condition .
