Hardback 194 page book with pictorial endpapers has a gift note dated Mar 12 1949 and has a little moisture staining on rear cover, but does not have a musty smell-otherwise is clean and in very good condition with basically good dust jacket in a Brodart protector. Dust jacket has stains in the same area as book. NOT AN EX-LIB!. Seller Inventory # 27577
