About the Author:

Euan Robson was a Member of the Scottish Parliament for eight years and now works in public affairs specialising in education and energy. He studied history at university and has long had a fascination for the life and work of Scottish artists. Euan lives in Kelso in the Scottish Borders with his wife Valerie and their two daughters, Lucy and Olivia. The President of Kelso Angling Association, he is a keen angler, his passion for fishing being shared by both Oppenheimer and Houston. His book Charles Oppenheimer: From Craftsman to Artist is published in July 2012.
