A Near Fine condition book, near pristine, with only a bit of curvature to the boards; otherwise Fine, with no writing, wear, or other issues. Dust jacket is about Very Good with some wear, a 1-inch closed tear on an edge, and some loght soiling; actually a fairly nice jacket: see photo enlarged (however, some reflection from clear Brodart cover).
