About this Item
38pp The township of Goshen, Connecticut, was surveyed and laid out in 1731, but the first settlement was not made until 1738. It is probably that in the original division of lots in the town that two acres of land were sequestered for a burying-ground. A fascinating look at that land, with photographs of it in 1905. Some epitaphs are copied. very good, brown cloth (hardcover). Seller Inventory # 026309
