6th Edition 1879 With 100 engraved plates including a frontispiece. Publisher's green cloth with black and gilt titles and decoration to spine and upper. The book is very good and is quite bright. Nice pictorial boards. Boards lightly marked. Light creasing/nicks to spine tips. Edges rubbed in places. Contents good with slightly age toned pages. Page edges a little uneven. All overseas orders with priority shipping (8 days+) will be sent by either tracked airsure or international signed for. The slower postal rates (14 days +) will be sent by standard airmail and will take longer to arrive. We recommend to all our customers to use the priority shipping as this is a much quicker and secure method of shipment.
All books where possible will be sent in wrap around cardboard boxes and bubble wrapped.
