Small illustrated cardstock folder containing 11 accordion-folded panels, all but one printed on both sides. Includes 17 halftone illustrations from photographs and four panels of text. Folded size 3 1/8 x 4 1/4 inches. Advertising on the back cover for Fresno Agricultural Works, sellers of "implements and pumping plants, scrapers and raisin machinery." Undated, but ca. 1910, based on a 1908 statistic in the text. Scarce little promotional booklet urging readers to "come to Fresno and locate in Fresno County." The views show agricultural, industrial, and residential scenes in Fresno and the text provides brief highlights of the city's infrasctucture and lists the main types of produce grown in the county and average prices for different types of land.
