"Though intended to be included with Frank Lloyd Wright's great 1910 "Wasmuth Portfolio" of line drawings and plans, this photographic accompaniment (often termed the "little Wasmuth") was completed after that publication, and also following an earlier German edition that Wright rejected and then re-issued as this "American" edition (albeit with German title intact). Contains the first published photographs of Wright's buildings, including the Dana House (Springfield, IL), the Martin House and Larkin Factory (Buffalo, NY) and others." (Worthpoint.) Ships from NC.
