Stamp, partial card pocket and accession number on inside of back cover. Faint remains of erased price and word on the title page. Otherwise, the inside pages are clean and unmarked. Compliments slip tipped onto title page. A review of the state of the foresty industry and related government policy in the province of Quebec in the 1920s.
