A gustatory delight! Illustrated throughout with b/w drawings and photographs. Covers show mild wear, marking, and soiling, with toning to edges. Interior is clean, crisp, tight & bright, other than author's inscription unmarked. 156 pp. Approx. 5.5" x 8.5". A very nice copy. Very scarce. With an assortment of laid in ephemera, including a photocopied review of the book to which Borelli has added a handwritten letter with his signature, a page of supplements to the book, and an Italian recipe.
