Tall 4to. Hardcover. Pp. 220. In very good condition; red and white raised felt on hardcover, inside a black slipcase with gilt title on cover, housed inside a gold box. Includes the DVD it was published with, inside a sleeve at the rear of the book. Cover has minor signs of shelf-wear with minor rubbing top and bottom of the spine, Some light marks and scuffs. The gold box is likewise lightly scuffed, with some faint marks and bumping to the corners, some of which are slightly torn. A small dent at the back of the box. Pages themselves are clean, crisp and bright. Light pencil marks on p.7, and some faint white marks on the last black page with publisher's details.
