Books are sent to buyers every other day ususally and are subject to prior sale. We accept Checks or Money orders as well as American Express, Visa and Master Card via
Paypal (ID is jmkinberger@mac.com) Libraries, institutions are welcome and encouraged

All books noted as First Editions are also First Printings unless indicated otherwise. Books are
returnable for any reason within 30 days of the estimated delivery date provided they are returned in the same

Orders usually ship within 3 business days. Occasionally seller will be out of the country for up to 10 days in part buying interesting books. Seller will be available to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. USA and Canada shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. However, larger or heavier books or multi-volume sets may require additional postage. We will contact you if additional postage is required. Your instructions regarding a signiture requested on delivery appreciated. If signiture request is not made seller will ship without signiture required but wih tracking. We ship all books in sturdy boxes and the books bubble wrapped. Insurance is required on all purchases above $75. Some shipments will be sent DHL if seller considers the buyers location can best served by this carrier. Looking at you Italy....

U.S.and Canada: Shipping, insurance and delivery cost (for most items) is calculated by ABEbooks.com when you checkout. Our preferred shipping method for orders within the continental US is USPS or FedEx Ground to a business address (preferred) or FedEx Home Delivery to a home address. USPS Priority Mail is also available at an additional charge. Additional charge may apply to some books due to weight and/or value.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Charged at actual cost, per delivery service requested (surface, airmail or express). FedEx is the preferred method for valuable items (discounted rates available).
