Bound in blue cloth with black and gilt pictorial title to front board and spine. Some wear to blue cloth at extremities and much of the gilt worn from front board and lower half of spine, a school award lable ("for good attendance and behavious in Sunday School . 1889") pasted to front pastedown, some darkening to front and rear endpapers with shadow of lable transfered on to front flyleaf, some foxing to outside edge of pages.
